Thanks for visiting the Thunderbirds RFC "Rugby Song" page. Though we all know the traditional rugby songs, we've decided to spice it up this season and under the direction of our new coach "Cosy", we've added a few songs to our list. This is a great Rugby Song. We all know rugby guys have a wild side. Don't be offended if your in the Avenue Bar and one of the boys comes up and sings this to you.
When we were little we all believed in Santa Clause or for our british folks St. Nick. But after we reach a certain age we come to find out he's not real. So this is a rugby tribute to Good Ole St. Nick.
Lets be real, we all know what goes on in Arkansas, but hell we live in Alaska. I'm sure some of this stuff goes on in the Bush!
This song is sung to the tune of the Beach Boys. I'm sure you will hear this song a time or two throughout the season. It will definitely be one of our theme songs!
This song was introduced by Maverick and adopted by the Thunderbirds RFC as our 2007 "Team Song". You can stop in on any Rugby Night at "The Ave Bar" and hear the Thunderbirds sing this song for the entire bar. Or just stop in and ask the bartender to play the Rugby Song and they'll be more than happy to play it for you.
